I went on vacation, still maintained my weight w/o gaining more than 1-2 lbs. I restarted the Sacred Heart diet on Monday, Jan.21 & have lost about 4 more lbs! I have played racquetball daily as well as 1 bodypump & 1 RPM. I run a cal deficit of about 1200 daily, trying not to consume more than 1000 cals/daily. That is easy to do if I just eat soup brk/lunch & then have a protein & veggie dinner.
