Hi Everyone -
Yesterday I had a really good day and I am feeling really positive.
I have joined a local gym this morning and I know I can do this.

So far today I have had -
One Slim Fast Shake - 200 cals
7 dried apricots - 100 cals

I am taking into work -
1 ready meal and one bag of steam fresh veg - 500 cals

When I get home from work I shall have one Slim Fast Shake and one 100 cal snack - 300 cals.

I have worked out and burned off 300 cals.
So the total cals for today will be - 800 cals!

Fabulous! :-)

It sounds like you're really focused and sticking to the diet plan. Combined with the exercise you'll soon see those pounds dropping off again! Good luck!! :)
