I am in work at 1pm today, so before I go in I will have had my breakfast Slim Fast mid morning snack (7 dried apricots)and Lunch Slim Fast shake.
To work I am going to take a pear,Ready meal (Chicken and noodles - 350 cals) and veg, and when I get home from work I will have a 100 cal snack.
Totalling 1200 cals.

I am going to start my new exercise regime today also and burn off at least 300 cals per day.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week
