I have just joined a gym and was shocked to find out how weak my muscles have become during a break in training due to injury. I need to lose some fat and build up my muscle strength . So it's back to calorie counting and regular meals and snacks with more protein but no more marathon running. If I build up some strength I might be able to learn to swim properly and have a go at wall climbing or even skiing. I am looking forward to feeling healthier and stronger and getting rid of my backache. Not to mention fitting into some of my favorite outfits again.
