Eep! Went over my calories! Went to another going away party last night, and was out until 4am ish. I could have skipped the McD sundae (though it was awesome) and the big ole serving of peanut butter - but the nibbles of cake I had were socially unavoidable: how often do my incredibly healthy Japanese friends actually make cake (with no beans, and with real sugar)? Rarely. How often do they run up to ask the foreigner to taste it, and tell them it is delicious? Always. =) There are certainly worse fates than taste testing delicious food!
