Im getting thinner but not lighter...
233.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 48.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.2 lb a week

muscle weighs more. Just focus on your overall health. My husband looked best at 220lbs during college. He's 220 again now, but he doesn't have the same body, though I'm not complaining. He still looks great to me. But lean is good. Don't worry yourself.
