dear self,
1st journal, i've been restricting my self to 2500 calories per day. Also breastfeeding my son. I've not been excersing as much as i should, i cant get a membership for finicial reasons plus im taking care of my child. I rely on workout from magazines and dancing and yoga. I will now start eating 2400 cal. a day with excerise of some sort, trying to get back to my pre pregnancy weight of 160.
