ugh so i was sick this last week and didnt even log on here but new day new week and feeling better so time to start getting back on track hope everyone else is doing well! have a great week everyone
209.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 74.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

ok so I have been gone for a while now I am back on track and then some! I joined a gym and have a trainer helping me to reach my goal I have gone from no exercise to walking 4 days on the treadmill at 2.5 incline and 2.5speed heart rate at 149-161 and the other 3 days I am doing 30 min of circuit training along with 30 minutes of the treadmill woo hoo I am finally getting this right. I have cut out most of the processed food and eating more natural food trying to follow more of a paleo diet I can do this I am hoping to achieve half of my goal weight by the end of May this year.
