Well I do believe it's official - I've hit that plateau that we all hit sooner or later. Today I'm doing the apple thing (throwing in a few oranges) and see if that helps kick it in the butt. If not, I have another thing I'm going to try and see if that will work. It's my own Plan B lol. Figured since I'm low carb, I'd try doing 2 days of high (healthy carbs) and then a nothing but protein day and see if that won't kick it into gear.
I know I'm still losing inches, but not seeing the scale move for this long worries me. I have another pair of pants on today that have been in my skinny box for a long time and they fit better this week than they did last week when I had tried them on. Believe me, I'm not complaining at all, I just want to start seeing the scale move again even if it's just 1 lb.
