OK, well today is good. Although I haven't recorded any entries in the last week I am happy to report I have really stuck to the diet, minus a McChicken sandwich for dinner the other night and went out to breakfast for memorial day and order multi grain toast and egg white omelette, so I ended up losing 4 lbs this week as I had gained the week previous. I am so lost about the tragedy that has struck, and my relationship is just "here". There is no laughter in these walls anymore and the place is just dark. I worry if it will ever be the same and it makes me sick to my stomach sometimes. I miss my sweet fiance, he used to be so happy, now he is just a shell of what was. I know, it will take time.

You are doing great, and even though he's not there anymore YOU are!!! Take care of yourself and him, and remember a chocolate bar WILL NOT fix anything. LOL

?? I am also confused. Sorry if something happened to cause such sadness. I think that you can DO THIS!! I have a really good friend on here, "miteslur" that also has PCOS and has a beautiful daughter that will be turning 2 in August. Getting weight off and getting pregnant with PCOS is not the easiest, but it IS POSSIBLE!! :) Keep on kicking butt!! :)
