Ugh-
back to the grind...

2 cups coffee with SF hazelnut
40 minutes elliptical
20 minutes jogging
160 situps
25 pushups

60 cal yogurt with 1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein
40 oz water so far....
139.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 2.2 lb a week
