Feeling a little frusterated as I have been working out atleast 3 times a week and watching what I eat... I feel like I should be down more than 2 measily pounds.
154.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
