Since Jan 2, 2013 have stuck to under 1500 calories a day and real good with it. Preparing my food everyday from home and I eat more now but healthier. No more sugar in coffee but my two cups in morning that is my treat....no more half and half. Getting carbs where they belong need to go lower but at least around 150 a day now with calories under 1500 not bad for me.
Went to gym enjoyed it again - will be doing 2 or 3 times a week all time for.
Waiting to see if hired after Jan 31st with this temp job if not will not let it get to me collect unemployment until another job and hit gym everyday to avoid bordom...
