wow! I didn't realize going off the program while still in Phase 1 would be so drastic in weight gain. I knew that the initial weight is usually a water rebalancing. but this ridiculous! Geez. I did have a Mexican Fiesta party ---with birthday cake. I ate everything but in minimal amounts. The salty fare could affect water retention...listen to me rationalizing...Arghhhh.
