WEEK 1 - DOWN AND DONE!

I would like to say Monday-Friday a COMPLETE A+ for Excerise Efforts and Strict Healthy Eating however..

Saturday - Sunday noootttt too much :/

BEST ACHIEVEMENTS
Gym every morning at 6am (Mon-Fri)
Plank for 1 min without error
10min Straight Run at 9.8km/h
1 Pump Class
Refused all sugar and bad carbs

BAD ELLEN BAD MOMENTS
Tirimisu
Chocolate Icecream
Deep Fried Party Foods
Eating too much before bed

Look Out WEEK 2 here I come!
191.1 lb Lost so far: 20.5 lb.    Still to go: 58.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.4 lb a week
