Recently I have been absolutely inspired by 3 things, and they have all made me excited to change myself to who I want to be.
#1: ‘I USED TO BE FAT’ MTV series
#2: ‘Rabbit Food for my Bunny Teeth’ Blog
#3: ‘ABBBC’ Ashy Bines Bikini Body Challenge
So by piecing my three obsessions, I have created my own 84 day (12 week) challenge! Because in exactly that amount of time, I will be boarding my flight for 1 week of tanning on a cruise!
Summer Holiday Goal: To tan like a hot biatch in a bikini!
I have always had this goal for every summer holiday, ever since I can remember. But have NEVER, EVER been able to strut a bikini in a bearable body
Besides that summer holiday goal I have every year, I have my much more important goal. The one to reach before I am Twenty-One.
MY WISH BEFORE IM TWENTY-ONE: To be at least in the 70 kilo range before I vacate to the age of twenty-one AKA: Adulthood!
Then after that goal, is my Ultimate goal. The goal I MUST achieve! And to punish myself if I don’t reach it, I will make myself defer my uni course and rot here for yet ANOTHER year!
ULTIMATE GOAL: To be an active, fit, toned & healthy at a healthy weight of 60kg or at least to fit into size 10/8 jeans BEFORE going to Uni.
I will not make myself live/start a new life school the way and started and ended my last! This Fat ain’t coming with me to Uni, thats excess baggage that I DONT need!
In having said all this, I wish myself luck! & farewell to the FAT me.
