I haven't eaten any red meat in two weeks. Its been a little hard but everyday has gotten easier to eat healthly. I've actually craved some health food.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.7 lb a week
