well realy sticking to the diet. but cant seem to actualy eat enough calories. im actualy full or at least not hungry ince u eat what plan out. oh well. this is day 5 of p90x. still cant get up in themorning. i actualy slept through the alarm. at least i do them at night still.
232.8 lb Lost so far: 65.2 lb.    Still to go: 52.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
