Had a major off day today. I was up all night with a sick dog and didn't make it to the gym this morning. On top of that, I let my cravings get the best of me! I went down to the store at lunch to get a brownie! What is wrong with me today!!! I will let myself cheat every once in a while but not usually that much!

1445 kcal Fat: 35.81g | Prot: 68.46g | Carb: 220.73g.   Breakfast: Old Fashioned Oats, Light Style 7-Grain Bread, Lite Syrup, Bananas , Blueberries , Kix. Lunch: brown rice, red bell pepper, salsa, black beans. Dinner: Mixed Salad Greens, Two-Bite Coconut Macaroons, feta cheese, raspberry dressing, salad fixin's, tilapia. Snacks/Other: cucumber, little debbie fudge brownie, Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, Fat Free Mini Pretzels (0.5 oz Package). more...
