Had a major off day today. I was up all night with a sick dog and didn't make it to the gym this morning. On top of that, I let my cravings get the best of me! I went down to the store at lunch to get a brownie! What is wrong with me today!!! I will let myself cheat every once in a while but not usually that much!

1445 kcal Fat: 35.81g | Prot: 68.46g | Carb: 220.73g.   Breakfast: Lite Syrup, Light Style 7-Grain Bread, Old Fashioned Oats, Kix, Blueberries , Bananas . Lunch: salsa, brown rice, black beans, red bell pepper. Dinner: feta cheese, tilapia, Mixed Salad Greens, raspberry dressing, salad fixin's, Two-Bite Coconut Macaroons. Snacks/Other: Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, cucumber, Fat Free Mini Pretzels (0.5 oz Package), little debbie fudge brownie. more...
