Not sure what I am going to have for dinner. Did get my walk in at lunch before the heat advisory went into effect. It ends at 7 at which time I will do my workout. Really wish I was a morning person, a workout in the morning would be better, not as hot. Oh well, in the evening my daughter works out with me. Helps keep me motivated. Will make sure I have plenty of water out there in the garage.
