well my son and his lady have been here since before Christmas...and lets just say they are not diet conscious.....I have had pizza three times since they have been here...thats more than the last four years...lol....anyway...I gained two pounds since they came...but have been holding off more...and since they are leaving tomorrow...I am expecting nothing but good things re weight loss once i get on the bandwagon for real again...i have increased my activity so that has helped.....
I hope to be down to 140 by spring...thats not such a huge margin....so I have a good chance.....and there I will remain...I plan.
