Humm - stomach seems bigger today without having had lots of food. Staying true to the diet and had dry toast with banana for breakfast which was OK as by mashing the banana, I didn't miss the soya spread. 3 satusumas at work in the morning and rushed home for a small coronation chicken sandwith with hardly any coronation chicken. Home made burger (not horse!) (one small one) with a huge garden salad, no bread or spuds.
