Use my pedometer today for the first time. I walked 5.52 miles, burned 529 calories, and took 17,518 steps. My goal for tomorrow is at least 17,768 steps. Hopefully that is 6 miles. This is not going to include PT stuff. Just steps after getting dressed for work.
