Had a very bad dieting weekend. Went home and pigged out and drank. Did not run this week either. Time to get back at it.
Starting the soup diet this morning. I just ate a huge bowl of fruit and was shocked to find out it was only about 100 cal. I can already tell that on this diet I am going to have to eat smaller portions more frequently. The diet is a 7 day plan. With it being similar but a lot stricter than the paleo diet, after the detox of 7 days, I plan on sticking to paleo. This will be a good jump start and detox to becoming healthy again.
