I splurged lastnight to celebrate my mom's birthday! But I didn't have much for lunch and I'll do better today! This coming week I also plan to exercise more and drink more water!I'm down 5 lbs, 45 to go!
170.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 45.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Weight Watchers   losing 3.1 lb a week
