I need all the friends I can get to back me up on this I have lost 36 lbs but I am getting frustrated now because it seems to have slowed down and I am working hard at it.

Looks like you have been doing really well , You are almost in the 100s mark, I told my family when I hit that mark I am gonna do cartwheels.
