I have been back in the gym with determination. I started Jan 3,2013 and by Jan 8,2013 I lost 5lbs. 5 lbs in 5 days!!! Doing nothing but eating right, drinking lots of water and pushing myself at the gym. It feels great to see the numbers on the scale go down, and I have so much more energy and feel so much better already! Hoping I can keep losing 5 lbs a week for a while. I know it isn't too realistic, but knowing that I did it already, why can't I do it again. I am, after all, trying to keep the word "can't" out of my vocabulary!
