The past 2 days have been emotionally draining, and I turned to food.
I did run yesterday, and today, and my speed is still improving. I'm going to change up what I'm doing tomorrow to increase the time I'm running and see if I can keep a 5.4 pace. Just going to add 6 minutes, but then I'll be running over 5k, which is a confidence booster.
