New beginnings. Day one went well...figure out my goals
MOST IMPORTANT -- STOP MINDLESS EATING IN FRONT OF TV AT NIGHT.
Short Term Goal: 19 days in a row (never accomplished before)

STRATEGY:

Instead of eating at night I will:
TIVO my shows and go to bed
Call a friend
Walk the dog
take a bath
read

TRACK PROGRESS ON CALENDAR...IT TAKES 19 DAYS TO BREAK A HABIT???
