Day 4 of Insanity - Cardio Recovery: done. While it was much easier than the other workouts, it gave my muscles a really good burn. Who ever thought deep squats & lunges would be part of a RECOVERY day? Well, I suppose that's why it works.

I woke up a lot less sore this morning. Having to get up for the morning pee didn't make me wanna cry. Granted, muscles are still sore, but I think they are starting to remember what exercise feels like.

I'm going to try to cut 100 extra calories today to make up for the lighter workout. From everything I've read, I can estimate today's workout at just under half of a normal routine.

On the to do list: buy a HRM for better calorie burning accuracy.

I do my sqaut's and lunges with 5 pound weight's in each hand.Some one gave me the bob harper's 30 min work out.So I'm trying it this week to see if i lose with the weights.I'm surprised how lunges and sqauts bring ur heart rate up.

On the lifestyle changes front: Again, made my bed this morning...did the dishes while waiting for the coffee to brew...threw a load in the washer and wiped down the counters while waiting for my egg to cook...baby steps, making use of those "in between" moments. Last night's "Unfuck Your Habitat" project was to get ALL of the washed laundry put away RIGHT away...not just folded...got the ironing done too. Tonight will be hemming some clothes. :)
