You can always come and join my Facebook page that Kelly, a friend of mine, both online and finally personally that I started working out with back in 2005 started. Walking works for me. Running works for others. Jogging works for others and biking works for others. It is actually going that "extra mile" a day that makes a difference desertgirl.
