Yeah!! I was able to move my scale off the 3's !!! I am now in the 200's (by a smidge ... but I am there!!)
Concious eating .. that's what's doing it. Making specific choices and not letting myself off the hook saying "oh it will be okay if I just slide this one time"
What a great start to the weekend. I have a family party this afternoon and as long as I dont 'nibble' the day away I will be fine. :)
