Hi,
Lately my biggest problems have been lonliness & depression. This sometimes leads to emotional eating sleeping too much (not because I am tired, but because I have nothing better to do), or crying myself to sleep , which I do alot. Any other ideas on coping with lonliness and depression? I'm running out of options here.

My only answer would be, seek Jesus while He may be found. I'm not a preacher but I do know this: He's pulled me out of every depression since I started trusting Him, without fail! Praying is an amazing thing that works subtley and sometimes slowly. But it helps us realize that we are never alone and God always sees us and feels our hurts. Hang in there. Help is on the way!
