Ok, I've been sticking to the Induction plan. My only "cheat" has been a few ounces of red wine,but within the carbs allowance. Lost 1 lb. this week. This is typical for me being low thyroid and older. Now to up the exercise.
169.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.0 lb a week
