Today will be the end of week 1 for the WII CHALLENGE, how did you do? have you unlocked any new exercise? which is your favorite?

Starting week 2, add more time to your exercise. I love the Aerobics burn those calories. did you notice how unbalance you were?

The WII will make you drink more water, so....Keep it up!!
