Last night I did zumba and yesterday I watched what I ate. I used the calorie counter for everything I put in my mouth, and managed to eat just over 1600 calories. I burned 281 calories during my zumba work out. I couldn't get into strength training last night because I just didn't have the energy. However, I lost a pound and I am at 209 exactly with no ounces. I am making progress and it feels good. I can truly say that this is all dedication using tools I have at home instead of using a gym membership. My husband and I made a bet that whoever looses the most weight by the end of February gets 50 dollars. My aim is to get paid ;)
