DAY 9 187.5
Day 2 of SBD P1 Going fine no problems like first time round, I know what to expect and hopefully I know the results!!! When I first did P1 my hubby did comment he seen a difference (around the middle!!) so I know this can work I am determined to see it through long term this time.... i know nothing is a quick fix but its still in my head i wanna see visually improvements NOW and i know its not the case but with SB I do know it sheds belly fat first and this is what i need hope you are all well and taking good care much love <3 Lins
