My goal for the next two week is to loss 4lbs. So far I have been eating the wrong foods but will like to try some food that will keep me full and taste great at the same time. I am a really picky eater but I will try my hardest to get this weight loss on track.

What kinds of foods do you usually eat? I'm kinda picky too so maybe I can suggest a few things. Are you following any of the plans or adding in any supplements to what you usually do?

Right now in the challenge trying to eat less than 30g of fat. Can't seem to really stay away from saturated fats though. It's in most things that I eat. Mostly I eat things like chicken, tilapia, spaghetti, pizza, mac and cheese etc. Pretty much unhealthy food.
