I cannot figure this out! I run every single day. I do strength training at least three days a week. I push hard. I sweat and want to die. I eat smaller portions. I eat healthy food. I eat less and less. I drink water, and lots of it. No soda, no fast food, no junk food... No over-eating... Starved myself at holiday dinners (not really, just ate way way less than I ever have.. Thanksgiving.. Christmas, etc.) Why isn't any of this helping me?? What else can I do? What am I missing? What am I doing wrong? Frustrated today! Not giving up, just frustrated!!
