Just had a delicious cheese filled bread that was deep fried (a present for someone close). Hope that it will make me feel not hungry with a glass of green tea so I can make dinner without my tummy growling.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
