Well I had some chicken for the first time this weekend. I don't think I will eat meat everyday, I'm think 2 maybe 3 times a week. Didn't lose much this week but then again I fell off the wagon a few times. But I'm back on I usually only mess up a little then stop myself from going too far. I want to do this I need to do this. Every pound counts right??!! Thanks everyone for you support.
