Ending day 2 of my re-commitment..have done very well today.not hungry at all thanks to a mid-afternoon iced mocha espresso and cooking.(when I cook I usually don't want to eat).Made chicken salad,hard boiled eggs, and a chicken/cheese pizza crust to have pizza for dinner.All go to foods for me.
Grandchildren are here till Sunday so lots of off limit foods in the house thanks to their Mom..I think she did it just to torture me.She knew I had just cleaned out all the junk foods.
