Day 1: Don't usually have a treadmill on hand but a kind visit at my family's house allowed it. 35 minute run at about 6mph, not too shabby for my shape. I'm hoping to see improvements when I go back to school and sign up for the gym on January 7th. This is my year!!
Grocery shopping on Saturday, that's when I'll be 100% into it but for now, the girlfriend's mother will feed me. Can't wait to start some of these challenges I've joined! :)
