makan karbo..makan nasi..makan protein sayur dan buah..kadang makan mie juga..tp olahraga tetep seminggu 3x weighlifting..kalo lg males bgt jogging d rumah aja..diet teryaman krn bs makan apa aja yg penting macro nutrisi..sehat jiwanya sehat jg badan nya..
