Looking for recommended intakes for the obvious nutritional values I found the following:

Protein should be 0.4xweight in lbs = 127.2g/day
Carbohydrates = no more than 60% of daily energy = ?
Fat = no more than 70g/day

Gonna keep looking for more information when I'm less tired and I have less laundry to do. :)

Thanks for the research info. I notice you eat the Quaker Weight control maple brown sugar. That's my favorite!! Yummy!! Hope you have a great day!
