Well I made it about 6 months before I had to cut back on the carbs i've let creep back into my life. Mostly in the form of sugar. I can live pretty well with very limited potatoes, rice and breads, but sugar is my downfall. Always has been. I have not weighed myself in a very long time, but I don't have to. All the pants I had 6 months ago are all too tight to wear comfortably anymore, so I just need a few months of being strict again so I can fit back into my clothing. I never gave up the exercise but I no longer go twice a day. Easier this time jumping back on cause I have not really altered my breakfasts and lunches from when I was going hard core. I just fail at the snack & evening meal portions. I don't know if I want to be a slave to my scale or measuring tape, I think this time just how my clothes are fitting should be the best indicator of my progress. I'm glad I didn't wait till I was huge again. I'm hoping 3-4 months of being pretty strict then adding back in good stuff and trying my hardest to view sugar as something I can only have a few times a year (that's the hard part)
