January 2nd wednesday
today was my sort of rest day after the 4 day in a row binging. i had breakfast, fruit as a snack and then fajitas for dinner so ive done well today. tomorrow :1 hour of cardio and weights i cant wait ha !
im feeling ok trying to be motivated, im going to increase my calories on the days i excersize and have a deficit of no more than 200 calories because ive gotten too skinny and have no muscle !


5 a day :

5 strawberries
10 raspberries
cucumber slices
1/2 onion
small green pepper
1/2 red pepper
1/2 a mango
1/2 kiwi fruit


Water: 2 litres


Binge free days : 1
Smoke free days : 0
