December 27th was a new start. I am horrible about starting and falling off the wagon. So I started on December 27th with a goal that January 1st was really my starting date. I did okay somedays and then I had to keep myself going. So now that I'm back at work I'm going to do better. I have one more bad day (son birthday) so I have to plan better.
