Yesterday was a pretty good day! I had grape-nuts for breakfast, a turkey and roasted bell pepper sandwich for lunch, a granola bar for a snack, and broccoli and chicken breast stir fry over rice for dinner. I kept well within my points, and felt satisfied! Let's hope the same goes for today!
I also went in for a training session yesterday. Whew! that was an intense workout! I didn't get exhausted during the session, but I was still "feeling the burn" an hour later! They say strength training burns calories a lot longer than cardio, and I believe it!
Today marks my second day of trying to increase my water intake. I was doing really good for a while, drinking at least half a gallon a day, but the past couple weeks my intake has decreased dramatically. Yesterday I had about 55 ounces, and I'm going to try to better that number today.
