Yesterday was a pretty good day! I had grape-nuts for breakfast, a turkey and roasted bell pepper sandwich for lunch, a granola bar for a snack, and broccoli and chicken breast stir fry over rice for dinner. I kept well within my points, and felt satisfied! Let's hope the same goes for today!

I also went in for a training session yesterday. Whew! that was an intense workout! I didn't get exhausted during the session, but I was still "feeling the burn" an hour later! They say strength training burns calories a lot longer than cardio, and I believe it!

Today marks my second day of trying to increase my water intake. I was doing really good for a while, drinking at least half a gallon a day, but the past couple weeks my intake has decreased dramatically. Yesterday I had about 55 ounces, and I'm going to try to better that number today.

That personal trainer and strength training must be working for you because your chart is making consistent progress downward! Water is a tricky thing to keep consistent. And there are so many conflicting reports about the benefits of increased intake. It makes me wonder if all that chugging is doing any good in the long run. But I do know it helps flush out bloat so there is always that benefit to think of. Keep up the great effort!
