I lost 15 pounds on Ideal Protein Diet this past summer. I gained it all back pretty quickly. So I will give it a go again with an Atkins type diet. I felt really good at 135 and can't believe I have to do this again. I knew I would gain back a few pounds, but how could I have gained them all back so quickly. Other than a protein shake I will not be using any packaged "diet" food. So, here goes!
